Why are you obfuscating? I told you already exactly what I referred to and I explained why article 2 defines the core of apartheid as legal measures of oppressing other racial groups in a country. Gaza and WB are not part of Israel proper, they are not "Israeli's", they have their own legal bodies.

You cannot say "apartheid responsibility" and then go on to define people outside of governance. You CAN say israel have to uphold international law of warfare, but that's not apartheid.

In summary: The article describes how white ppl through legal means oppressed black citizens in SA. If you want to apply it to Israel, you can't do it by comparing it to other warring groups of different governmental bodies. That would be like saying Russia is doing apartheid in Ukraine, nonsense!
