Chibiusa is season 2. Chibi-Chibi is the first movie.
Chibiusa is a BIG part of the plot of season 2, too. She's the main reason I put DADDY ISSUES there, but Saturn has a fair amount too. Chibiusa's plot just makes me feel icky though. Saturn is just "aw shit dude damn".

The OG 90's anime was coming out when the manga was coming our IIRC so there was a ton of filler just to pad things out. Crystal was billed as "more loyal" to the source material.
The manga is WILD though. And Sailor Moon is surprisingly dark/dystopian when you get down to it.

They're in the Crystal movies. I'm pretty sure the TV series + movies for Crystal covers the entire manga run, and those three are definitely in the manga.
