Help! I have a beloved Rowan in my garden that is showing signs of some sort of disease (I think). The bark is split and peeling on the trunk and parts of the main branches. The wood is dark beneath the split areas and feels spongy. I'm in denial - is it doomed? 😭🙏🏻 TIA #gardening #trees
