The problem with this method is that it requires two people to get to, and often I don't immediately have a friend online who would help me get to this encounter. The solution?
The Catacombs in the Hellmouth! While it has a flashlight, there's enough distance where you can see the effect. (2/2)

So since I haven't talked about it here yet, I have a neat update on my highlighting project:
For some weapons, the highlighting effect is *really* faint, and the best way that I knew of to test a scope is by going into the Abyss Encounter in Crota's End, as the flashlight is disabled. (1/2)
