It really really was the best nap of all time for me as well. It's a shame there isn't some pill form of it.

It's completely worth the temporary misery. I had a case of stress induced shingles in my 30s. One of the worst experiences of my life. If it didn't itch 10x worse than eczema then it hurt so bad I was in tears. -100000 out of 10.
