During Sept the show will be part of @heritageopendays for which I've created a guided walk that will take you through key sites of local heritage and personal connection. I'll be leading this in person on Saturday 13th, with the @eastpoolminent team leading the other walks on 14th, 20th & 21st

This work is a song of grief and awakening – for me, those close to me, and to Kernow. To shake off the crushing burdens of those systems and claim the joy and power that is ours.

I feel shaped by this land, from playing in abandoned mine workings & swimming in rock pools, to sitting in a giant's hand-prints on & honouring Knockers with my pasty crusts. But I am also shaped by inflexible structures & systems that seek to wield power over all our lives, & which have

It builds on my story, Catching Copper, & draws on my memories of the industrial, rural, & personal landscapes of Kernow. Both the original story & the show consider the increasing inequality in social change, the impact of land development on our environment, and the resilience of Cornish culture.
