If you grew up in my Southern church, you would know that the word “Pharisee” has been bastardized into a shorthand for over zealous religious hypocrites. Really did not know that Jewish people still used the term. Sorry. Will not use it going forward.

It’s like asking are there any good Christians out there? There may be, but they’ve allowed the work and message to be kidnapped by the nationalists, fascists, bigots, and Pharisees.

Loved “Just In Time” with Jonathan Groff. “Call Me Izzy” was perfect example of artist elevating material. Plus who doesn’t love Jean Smart? Finally, the purpose of the trip was to see Audra McDonald and Danny Burstein in Gypsy. Did not disappoint.

I’m a 65 year old woman who just spent 5 days in NYC. I saw 6 shows, took the subway by myself up to Washington Heights, took the Q70 from LaGuardia to the Roosevelt subway station and then took the train to 42nd and Bryant Park. Walked around by myself at night inTimes Square. Never scared.

3 times I’ve run into Martin Short in NYC. He even introduced me to Andrea Martin once. It’s like we’re old friends! (not. Just randomness!)
