I will say it feels weird I understand that Quebec has a distinct culture and protections are needed. To call the entire country artifical is weird in that it makes me think he thinks nothing bring Canadians together. A united front against the US does. This is not the time for disunity.

I know Joel Harden was very popular in the Ontario house and is now running for the Ottawa Centre seat in the federal. I know that Matthew Green is pretty popular these days. I could see Olivia Chow try to go for it, but I don't think she's really what the party needs. I want a fresh face.

I think this is a weird outcome. The extreme right makes sense, but I feel like everyone supports Carney right now? Maybe this is just a government bad angle? For a larger point this combined with the one on the CPC shows that lots of canadian are feeling left out of politics.
