I wanna quit my job and do something i enjoy, but what I enjoy doesnt pay well. I work to live, not live to work. I fuckin hate it here

My boss says that im too "Cavalier" in the way I do things. It's annoying that he's right. If something is out of my control, if I cant do anything to change it, why should I care? Is that wrong?

They also aren't rlly understanding that I care more about my body and well being than this job.
