Rye crackers, add salt, a little olive oil and enough rye flour to make the discard into a firm dough, roll out thin and bake at 160C. Great with cheese!

Imo you can but you will need to run 3-4 days a week. Start with a couch to 5k program, then move to a 5 - 10k plan, then a beginners half plan. If you follow them you should be up to half marathon in a year. Good luck

I’ve used it to make really nice rye crackers, just added enough rye flour to make a stiff dough, cracked rye grains, salt and a little oil. Great taste with cheese.

I have a pacemaker and an induction hob and cook lots. I’ve had no problems at all but was worried at first. Just don’t lean over it.
