A critical feature of the game Absolum is that it lets you play as a deathly serious frog wizard who whoops ass

The most surprising thing about this whole tie-in is how much the OBAA Fortnite worlds lift straight from the movie, minus the presence of Sean Penn / Lockjaw
Doing a Fortnite collab for PTA's new movie could be a sign that Warner Bros. has no idea how to market it.

Or, it could be a sign they know exactly who they're marketing it towards. Which would be me.

I wrote about Kobo using AI (and adjacent technologies) in its self-publishing platform. Even with the company's good intentions, the unknowns are making authors uncomfortable.
AI might undermine one of the better alternatives to the Kindle
Kobo's platform maintains a friendly relationship with indie authors, but new mentions of AI in its terms of service are raising concerns.

I know it's a canonical sci-fi text and has received its flowers etc etc, but I'm reading A Canticle for Leibowitz for the first time and I feel like we should be talking about this book all of the time

Really enjoying this classic Sesame Street segment, two minutes of freestyle jazz riffing on saxophone factory footage

There are definitely some Severance fans who have a bad approach to watching / enjoying television because of the post-Lost media environment they were raised in, but I don't want that to be the way Severance escapes criticism.

I beat Arco over the weekend. An absolute pleasure of a game. I’m so glad I stuck with it despite sucking (for a long while) at the combat.

I meant to share it earlier, but I got to review the CMF Phone 1, the most fun modular smartphone you can buy. https://www.pocket-lint.com/cmf-phone-1-review/
The CMF Phone 1 gave me the modular Android experience I've always wanted
Nothing's first budget phone continues the company's winning streak by supporting a unique modular accessory system.

Too early to call it now, but it’s really looking that the greatest moment of calm and peace I’ve ever experienced was listening to a podcast while disassembling, sanitizing, and reassembling a soft serve machine

Like I think a lot of people, playing around with Halide on my iPhone has really made me rethink my lukewarm reaction to all things smartphone photography.

Sharing some blogs I should have shared a long time ago!

For example, here’s my called shot on the trend of screens that move on their own.

I have this vague memory that “get in, get out, get on with your life” was a tagline for Microsoft’s short-lived Windows Phone platform, but I’m now learning that was a slogan for Chili’s?
