Funny how the Marijuana Moment piece omits (though they definitely covered it at the time, for the clicks) that Jed sued the question that DID go to ballot, and was cleared to go to ballot, the courts disagreed with his assertions and they're still cited in this new article. meh 🙄

🧵 This is interesting as( #Oklahoma has had a LOT of rec weed petitions) same proponent sued SQ820, another rec weed petition, so they could push their petition a few years ago. SQ820 however cleared by the court -special election with shitty turnout, & proponents advocated AGAINST that one also 🧐

They can still keep sample jars for sight/smell. They just don't want to lose their money they'd rather sell you an 8th on hype.
