Your grocery bill is definitely not high for “healthy” food.
A few months ago at Meijer, I chatted with a male cashier at checkout. He shared that he was feeding six, worked three part time jobs and still had to charge some groceries. Sad, for a country with so much excess.
Really, just sad.
