for genre especially I'd market as commercial. If the prose is good and works with the story, that's just a bonus!

It's hard, but I think it comes down to the function of the language— as in, is every touch, every beat and rythm serving some thematic goal, or is the writing just driving forward plot/set dressing?

No expert here but my instinct is that it would be better as "Sine Illis Mundus Melior Est"

Some elipses are okay! But it is very much a generational thing to overuse them where they stop making sense. Especially because an elipse indicates tone to younger generations, and often a negative or judgmental tone at that
