I finished reading @ssavaart.com book last night! I loved it so much and can’t wait to share my thoughts. Scott is an amazing friend, artist and author. If you need a little encouragement making art read his book.

I was jewel beetle specifically sternocera aequisignata for Halloween. I went to one Halloween party and hid in a dark room, emerged for the costume contest and then disappeared. It was great.

I drew a floral design that I’m going to add to the background of the painting. I’m really excited to add the flowers.

This is Ornithoptera priamus also known as the Poseidon birdwing butterfly! A surprising amount of insects are named after characters from mythology. I want to do a series of them all someday. It will be the Odyssey, but with bugs.

I have still been unable to go live on TikTok since I was mass reported the last time I went live to help Monda. TikTok has strict rules now when it comes to fundraising which has been making it more difficult to get Monda help.

I always find it a little funny when people think I get a lot of money from TikTok for my videos. I earned $1.71 for a video with 1.1 million views. I live off of my art not TikTok money.

We met another GoFundMe goal which meant insect info dumping tea party time!
