Cleaning platens after a long job is always fun 🫠

How do we make sure a screen is perfectly adjusted for a job?

Place the film output you used to burn your screen on your platen. Measure each side to ensure it's centered.

Then adjust your screen with the clamps until it perfectly aligns with the film output! Voila 👌

Our screen printing steps:

1. Clean the screens
2. Coat the screens with emulsion
3. Burn the designs onto the screens & wash them out
4. Do some test screen printing , followed by laundry (wash & dry) tests.
5. If all tests PASS, we're ready to go into production!

Gotta make sure that mesh is clear so the ink pushes through the design while screen printing!
