It's been over six months since I watched Sinners first but I don't think a day has gone by since then that some part of a scene or the score/soundtrack doesn't replay in my head. One of those movies that changes you.

I feel like this would make a great entry for a NYT Connections puzzle, along with the word pairings 'hell - frozen', 'pasen - pinksteren' and 'pigs-fly'.

Finally someone said it! 🤣 voor mij valt 'Just the Way You Are' van Bruno Mars een beetje in dezelfde categorie - al is All of Me wel duizendmaal erger.

I'm even thinking the more knee-jerk thing for her to do would be to cross her arms over her breasts, because such male authors are all staring at them.
