I'm glad that Blizzcon is returning, but I have no desire to put travel money into the American economy, and I'm not traveling anywhere that I don't feel is safe.

After surgery, half a week of endless IV pokes and blown veins because they are trash from chemo, multiple visits to the ER, and being gaslit by my medical oncologist, I finally have a PICC line in and I can at least enjoy having one less thing to stress about.

When will companies that make menstrual pads/panties stop testing them with coloured water? Periods are not the consistency of water…

I hesitated posting this for a few days, but I’m trying to come to terms with my hair loss and accept this new temporary me. I’m thankful to have taken the rest of my hair on my own terms and not cancers.

Whew, it’s been a long few days and I’m exhausted. I went to the hospital on Saturday morning with a fever, chest pain and shortness of breath. I was admitted to the hospital and later learned that I was neutropenic (low type of WBC), which is a complication of chemotherapy.

Mini update: my WBCs tanked and I’m in the ER now, being admitted to the hospital. Hopefully won’t be stuck here too long. ♥️

I got some good news I can share. I got the results back from my bone scan and CT, and based on those my cancer hasn’t spread beyond my breast and lymph node! 🙌

In a months time my medications went from 3 to 11, and I can’t wait for someone to ask me if I’m on any medications currently. 😂
