Ratio who has an extremely strong sense of smell and at first, really hates aventurine because of how he's basically doused in so much artificial and chemical smell. All the times they've met, Aventurine would always either smell like perfume, liquor, tobacco or even antiseptics.

There has been no more opportunitues for him to drop by Aventurine's abode just to take a whiff of it again and it surprises the doctor just how much he longs for it. It gets to the point that Ratio is doing all that he can to recreate the scent into something tangible.

He would try to find it everywhere, a phantom scent following him when he smells something similar. When Aventurine is around, he will try to parse and peel between the layers of artificial smell to get to the man's honey scent. But to no avail.

Such an unexpectedly sweet smell and Ratio likes it. A whole lot. It's become something that's frequently on his mind, unforgettable since that one single encounter. Suffice to say, Ratio is obsessed with the scent of Aventurine.

It's one time when Ratio had invited himself over to Aventurine's when the man was recovering from a mission, is he finally able to smell the man's natural scent and it's surprisingly... mild. the sharpness melting away to something warm, like amber and musk, a bit like honey.
