Potato Pave, spinach, chestnut dressing, peach spoonbread with Goode Family corn, turkey loaf.
Nailed the potato and corn dishes, dressing was so-so, turkey loaf was...idk, something went wrong there, lol.

Poitrine de poulet rôtie aux pommes et oignons; 1948 snowflake potatoes; patates douces Anna; petits pois au beurre.
The sweet potatoes were prettier before I tried to flip them, "Anna" style, but this is why I'm practicing.

I wondered how my squirrels could eat so much. But yesterday, I saw they only eat about half. Then they shove the rest into their mouth at once, go back into the yard and bury them in the leaves.
That, in turn, explains why my rabbits are still out there: I feed Squirrel, Squirrel feeds Rabbit.

Wednesday dinner, 11-5-25. Poulet à l'orange, a Tartiflette au Montamore, & buttered spinach. The orange sauce combines fresh-squeezed blood orange juice & sweet marmalade. The potatoes include Sartori Montamore, a white cheddar with nutty parmesan notes. The chicken marinated in buttermilk 26 hrs.
