Setting shop here at our hospital chapel for an hour each day this week to make sure ppl can come and get prayerful support.

10k race at Stanley Park this morning (Vancouver Historic)

I was 2nd in my age group (50-59 male)- there are probably only 2 entries in my AG lol 😂

The first place dude in my AG ran a 43:23!

47th place out of a 329 persons field (total # of entries on 10k). Not bad I guess.
