For 2025, it's no surprise that my anime of the year is Orb: On the Movements of the Earth! I remember reading the synopsis of this show saying how could they make an anime about astronomy THAT captivating and OH MAN did it prove me wrong! The story, characters, and theme were all simply outstanding

Looking back at my previous picks for anime of the year makes me happy and reassured with my taste! I LOVE shows that have characters go through emotional hardship & turmoil and am always engrossed to see if they can overcome those obstacles. Internal conflict is just so damn entertaining to watch!

My Dress Up Darling S2 episode 6 is another 10/10! Teared up multiple times when the whole class embraced Gojo and his passions and as someone that relates a TON to Gojo's thoughts and mannerisms, I couldn't help but be genuinely happy for this reserved and selfless king! My Dress Up Darling S2 episode 6 is another 10/10! Teared up multiple times when the whole class embraced Gojo and his passions and as someone that relates a TON to Gojo's thoughts and mannerisms, I couldn't help but be genuinely happy for this reserved and selfless king! With the last episode out, I can confirm that Takopi's Original Sin is one of the best anime of 2025! Absolutely phenomenal storytelling showing you the constant struggle and turmoil the main cast goes through at ALL angles. This is how you write characters with depth!

Just watched the third episode of My Dress Up Darling S2 and oh my god, this is easily the best episode in the whole series! To learn about the backstory of this newly introduced character on top of seeing how detailed the animation is when it comes to subtle movement, this deserves a 10/10!!! 🙌

Just watched the 3rd episode of Takopi's Original Sin and oh my god, the scene with the time-lapse from the past shattered my heart and now I'm an emotional mess with tears rolling down my face 😭💔 Absolutely phenomenal storytelling and easily my anime of the season and currently the year for me!
