Our new paper in @jlipidres reveals the role of GSLs in breast cancer. Elevated Gb3 and GD2 levels mark epithelial and mesenchymal cells, respectively. A novel 12-color spectral flow cytometry panel enables detailed single-cell analysis, offering insights into tumor heterogeneity
