Bought 6 bags candy but ran out anyway. Rather than ringing doorbells, children and their parents were greeted in driveways, generally. Some people projected movies or movie clips onto their garage doors. #halloween

Previous years. Cherry blossom festival at the Japanese friendship garden here. I guessed the year after the park re-opened from the pandemic, the place would be mobbed so I didn't go that year. I was right. Disneyland-length lines to enter the garden that time.
