Blimey this "rescued" Christmas cactus (Schlumbergera) is really strutting its stuff blasting out its outrageously bright Fuschia flowers to brighten up this VERY dull VERY damp and VERY cold November day.

Delphi (Miniauture Schnauzer) is branching out in the provision of therapy related services. She has no human related qualifications BUT her left nostril is capable of 139 k/newtons of thrust at ~10% (!!!) and she loves a rub behind the ears. She is so ready to help you find a path (or blast it!)

It's International Peas, Pasta and Cream day and we are all in. Cook any old pasta, chuck in some frozen peas toward end. Meanwhile cook some onions, add a bit of cream and grated cheese. Mix with drained pasta/peas (plus a bit of pasta water) and serve with a bit more grated cheese and seasoning!

"Shopping" for some decking boards to replace the crumbling arrangement that currently greets visitors to our house. Me thinks this will get me pulled up by the Finance Committee.
Fortunately... these folk are just down the road so I can collect... or I pay £150 to have the order travel 2 miles!?
