I might be wrong, but I have a feeling kuss is «staying in GC». I think the behavior has changed the last two stages. It feels like there might be something. If it is, it has to be after the TTT because kuss dropped in that stage. I just think he’s riding weird.

And catching up to Montcoutie with Roy in the wheel. Then dropping both and arriving solo!

And they will propably say we paced with yates for Olav so sprinters wouldn’t come back. If we was only all in for yates we would pace with Olav as well to put more time into the other GC-guys.

A city circuit in the rain with cobbles, road furniture and plenty of white lines is a place that is prone to crashes. And Thea literally paced all day. So I think they will see it as they was «awarded» for being in position

I see your points. But I don’t agree. So the pacing isn’t a problem if Yates isn’t in the group? The problem your have with the situation is that yates benefited because of a crash?

How is this so different from ineos pacing on the Sienna stage after the crash with rog, ayuso etc?

Nothing on any norwegian News sites. Norwegian eurosport has a new article about Jonas riding the vuelta. Jørgen is mentioned, bit nothing spesific about his race program.

Tdf stage 13. 2011. Thor Husovd in a big breakeaway Finish in Lourdes after going over Col d’aubisque. Jeremy Roy and David Moncoutie dropping everybody on the climb. Thor decending crazy taking back 2mins on David, TT’s in Roy a couple of km’s before the finish. Easily winning in the rainbows.

You should do one for best domestique performance!

I think that’s pretty impressive! You will be able to do that for sure! I’m not a running coach, but I would look at frequency and volume before adding to much intensity. Not being able to run because of an injury becomes the problem for many people.

I think you can do it. Consistency is import and keeping injury-free. Do you have a time in mind? Or is the goal just to finish?
