I'm making a pair of traditional iron age #ghillie shoes - well, two pairs, one pair of knee-high boots on a platform wedge sole (ok, maybe not that traditional) and one bootie style with a double-stacked 15oz leather sole. This is the rough bootie pattern for my little 5.5 foot.
