I'm "borderline" narcoleptic so I have to use meds to regulate my sleep.

I'd say my current sleep schedule is I try to be asleep by around midnight and up by 10am. It's hard for me to do earlier and later feels awful physically.

There's some things I am trying to work through personally right now and the fact I don't have work as a fallback leaves a lot of empty hours that have to be filled somehow- and a lot of the ways to fill them are not good for me.

I'd consider volunteer work if it wasn't always churches here.
