Fallout looks stressful in general. Never really got into the series since the let's plays I saw always were people who made shitty decisions that my goody goody ass never would have. hahaha

I'm a big fan of JRPG's and often accidentally overlevel while exploring. So getting completely knocked out doesn't happen all that often. Unless I'm not paying attention and am being reckless. I could see a playthrough like that adding tension, but would only do it with a shorter game. (under 20h)

I plan to someday. I just have such a massive backlog. ;__;
I've been gaming since the days of the Atari. It's been interesting to see the changes in real time. While I am happy that we have safety saves now. I do think it has made people less patient? (Myself included.) hahaha

I never even played the OG Metroid game. I've only played Super Metroid. It did something similar if you beat it quickly and got all the items.

I take care of my mother who has Alzheimer's and while I only get the bare minimum assistance it still is a great help. It's honestly depressing that many people are going to suffer because of the selfishness of the rich.

You steal a suit of mech armor and don't realize that it can change your gender at will until it actually happens. You spend the next game on a desperate search for a user's manual. Not because you want to change back, but because you can make bank by allowing other's to become their desired gender.

Easiest way to get out of this mindset is to view doodles as WiP's that you can choose to come back to later if you want to. This way you're still getting something done and out there even if it's not fully rendered.

I still have my brother's card collection from when it was a kid, but I never bothered to learn how to play.
I do appreciate that this game doesn't really make me feel like I'm missing out on anything as a free to play. I am missing cards, but I can always try doing trades sometime
