it still doesn’t excuse them putting the base game and deluxe edition on sale at different times though; that bit is still completely outlandish and stupid.

after rereading the email it sounds like EGS itself just can’t even support upgrades like i was describing. i wouldn’t be surprised if this is the case considering how barebones and nonfunctional EGS as a whole is, but still extremely frustrating as a customer who wants to buy this stuff!

i dont NEED the dlc but i really loved this game so i'd like to pick it up! but pulling moves like this is just so fucking outlandish and giving "i hate customers!"; the DLC expansions should at least be on sale because this is ridiculous
