Proud of myself today. I was able keep it together and donate all of Cassie's unused food and medical supplies to a local kitty rescue. I'm glad it's going to where it's needed, that stuff was expensive.

One of my favorite things to do lately is to finish reading a book, naturally, and then watching a bunch of reviews about it. It definitely keeps me motivated to finish especially when I want to see if the reviewer has the same beef as I do 😤

Yesterday I went to the most amazing bookstore that used to be an old barn. Thousands of books, many over 100yrs old. Some of them had little scraps left inside - a remembrance of another time. 4 floors of books and downstairs, a wood burning stove crackling. I will be back.
