It is a double sided tape used to attach carpet to whatever the carpet is on top of. It is quite magical. My sister was desperately trying to find a fabric tape to fix a cosplay problem and this worked so it has been our go to.

Try carpet tape? My sister and I have solved many cosplay problems with carpet tape. It doesn't work with every fabric sadly but the fabrics it does work on it's phenomenal
