kind of wild how much your life can change in the span of 10 years, and how despite everything i always keep coming back to this game, and am still learning new things about it. i actually replayed it recently back in september and it's still just as good as i remember ehehe

oh yeah i forgot to mention here. i accidentally got really into ffxiv fishing like a week ago and i did basically all of the arr fishing questline in a day. it was kind of swag. i'll probably do more

ended up playing celeste again from a fresh save after not playing for like, 5 years, ended up grinding out the entire game in like a week or two LMAO

i ended up 100%ing the entire game (except for like, golden berries. maybe another time) and i just finished farewell in just about under 5 hours.

turns out being a super muscular goatman who can bash everything to death with hammers and is also extremely tanky is a really effective way to win. that and also having an astral tabby for emotional support.

after several hundred hours i have finally beat caves of qud. what a fascinating game. i dont know if i'd say it's a favorite but it was definitely a really interesting experience, i think, and i still had a lot of fun with it even if it took a long time to finally figure things out LOL
