Happens this is a really bad flaw

This is what happens when I login and try to get a question answered.

Not sure if this has to do with the Proton VPN that I have on all the time or if it is my phone thst is the issue, I’m all the time logged into Proton Mail, Proton VPN and now also Drive without being logged out after closing the app so why does that happen to Lumo?
