Similarly I am not an Emergency Medical practitioner. I might muddle my way through in minors but we need you doing what you are incredibly good at while we deal with the less acute stuff.

V odd. I only increased how often this year and it just took a call to the national donation centre to sort. Needs to be started in hospital if they need to drop ferritin/iron quickly though.

The UK simplified being able to donate with HH in 2019 but it was possible before that. I currently go every 10 weeks rather than every 16 because of it.

We did it with pasta dishes for a birthday last year. Worked well, with lots of leftovers.

The hospital I was in that used MS DOS to order imaging was a nightmare. One system would help (if the IT infrastructure is there in enough computers that actually connect).

As an SHO I often ended up 'note prepping' paper notes on the wards.
EHR in GP keeps me sane, but needs cleaning up to use effectively - enormous numbers of things in the wrong place often.
