Tonight's meal from this book was maple roasted squash & chickpeas with a pistachio mint & cilantro sauce over quinoa. It took me, an experienced/competent cook 1.5 hrs to make. This is NOT SUSTAINABLE. I have one more meal in my weekly plan, then I'm donating this book (Obviously to someone I hate)
