Burn out comes from holding all of that so tightly wound in my brain. But I've got a week off. So there's time to let go. Switch.
And when I have a quiet moment to take my mask off and just let go of my control of time/information I feel so much better. So when artists or leaders have NO concept of those things and waltz around I feel both jealous and like I'm gonna totally crash out.
