"Trans people may be asked about gender". If you have to ask, then you don't know they're trans. So it is in fact it is, "Employers will ask employees whom they don't consider conforming to a gender norm to prove that they are not trans".

Birth certificates are not recognised forms of ID because no photo, easily copied and used fraudulently. In UK, accepted forms of ID are passport, driving licence, biometric residence permit, or Citizen's card. My passport says female so they can fuck off

I was at the mini Pride in Chester that she and her henchmen were "protesting" at. As a result of her hate, the Storyhouse had to shut down their phone lines because of all the hate the staff were getting from her cohorts. Vile person who should be prosecuted for inciting hate crime

She is vile. She's a local councillor near to where I live. She has recently made some very transphobic and homophobic posts on Facebook, aimed at Chester Pride. Police are investigating

The process of having to justify your existence, listen to their lies being taken seriously, and argue that you are not the threat that they say you are in front of ignorant people is more distressing for the trans person than it is for the anti-trans activist just sitting there saying "Sex is real"
