Put simply, if you get two people to thoroughly record their own separate rolls with identical blocks, the distributions will be different.

That said how much they can vary depends on the shape, I’d guess a Lego block is fair enough to be fun!

The interesting thing is because it’s not an isohedral shape it means whatever the odds look like, they will change as you change the circumstances of their throws. This might seem obvious for rolling on different kinds of surfaces, but it also applies to things like rolling more/fewer at once.
