Today, I took garbage to the dump, made a bunch of stuff, did dishes and I am doing laundry. Good day, but I feel sticky and gross.

Today is the best I have felt, physically, in months. Possibly years. And it’s weird, bc I fell yesterday, in a mud puddle (thanks Teddy! 🙃). Normally, that would give me the aches for weeks.
