Sold a Parappa the Rapper 7inch picture disc on discogs last night. Kind of telling that the time it was paid for was post pub kick out time…

I’m so good at social media: I’m playing at gig tonight at The County pub in Hudders! It’s pure backroom noise party action from me (maybe?) see ye there x

Probably my most well known record sleeve design. Richard Dawson - The Ruby Cord. Front back and two inner sleeve illustrations. Still really proud of this one and always a pleasure working with Richard. #richarddawson #albumcover #recordsleeve #hermit #folk #folkmusic

Please please please write your name on your tape releases! Can anyone ID?
Anyone know what tape this is? Can’t find the box and it has no artist/title on it. Sort of guitar(?) Over modulated drones, it’s pretty good. Someone on here must know!

Finally sent the brass band piece to the band, was v nervous! The band leader rang me up immediately, sound as a pound, and gave me the most useful feedback I’ve ever had. Brass banders are the actual best, and the guy is a trombone player too so….

Currently playing Paper Mario, the thousand year door. Its got such a daft and long winded storyline, making for good value gaming. I particularly love the character of
Jolene, a hard done by wrestling ring employee who’s glasses fall off her nose all the time.

Honestly I think that seeing the Laurie Anderson show at Factory International last year might have changed my life. Anderson explained that she and Lou chose to never fear anyone as a rule for life and it’s really helping me out.

Sad to say I am feeling rough as with the flu so won’t be able to play the gig tomorrow night at The Whitaker. Gutted to let people down! You don’t want germs through a trombone though, extra potent. I am being looked after / over

I’m framing my Masters thesis around what it means to be an arts worker in the UK after 15 years of Tory austerity. I’ll be considering the role education plays in my creative output having been encouraged into this field because of the gov. cutting arts provision, expecting artists to fill gaps.

I seem to have gained a lot of new followers recently. Hi everyone!
I usually make landscape and folklore inspired drone music so please don’t be put off by the fact that I recently made a heavy metal record (scratching a lifelong itch!). I guess this is the ‘single’.
