Personally I recommend making it a day ahead bc imo the consistency and flavor really improved after a night in the fridge:) I also didn’t use the espresso powder in the cream and used extra vanilla bean instead

I have such a toxic relationship with the skull cavern, I am incredibly stressed out the whole time I’m in it but I happily go down there every chance I get

The brownie part definitely is the most fudgy deep flavored rich brownie I have ever made, with a beautiful espresso note, and the mascarpone cream layer has a really nice not too sweet vanilla flavor. That being said, one slice of this will knock you out for good
