100% agree with this statement. saw it in my father.
absolutely life changing. i went from very severe to severe/moderate. my resting laying completely flat was 100, sitting 150, standing 200. this was misery for ME/CFS, i was constantly in a horrible PEM flare. my resting laying flat is now 60-70, sitting 80-100, standing 90-150 (still have POTS 🥲)
