I found a 12 second voicemail from my brother by chance yesterday. Left in 2019, never listened to until yesterday. He died in 2022, I never thought I’d hear his voice again. If I’d heard it in 2019 I’d have deleted it, now it’s something precious ❤️

Our big lad has had a rough couple of days. This was his choice of places to rest today so I made him warm and comfortable. He’s eaten tonight and got upstairs, so please keep your fingers crossed that he’s on the mend. He’s such a lovely boy ❤️

As someone with HA it can completely ruin your life, especially if your other anxieties don’t allow you to actually get the things you’re concerned about checked. Complex MH problems are underplayed and frequently ignored. ‘You’re too complex’ is not the answer though yet I’ve heard it for years

Been there myself now. There are different versions - yet it's all lumped into 'hypochondria'. It's the same family as OCD.

A fascinating day ahead, awaiting delivery of a headboard and measuring up for roller blinds. I know my OH is going to say ‘how much?!’ when I show him the double blind option I want for the living room. It has a voile effect and a blackout blind, it’s ideal. He will see this… eventually! 😆
