Hail Satan.

They/Them/She/Her
I got banned from gab for calling out an obviously fake story made up by some investor way back in 2019 or something but I keep getting their emails and they were promoting some kind of “uncensored AI” not long ago.

I doubt its “uncensored” when you try anything sexual however.

The who “incest/step relations” porn amendment would be hard to prove in court - since it’s not technically illegal IF they are over 21 years old and didn’t live with each other if one of them under 18 years old at the time (as far as I know).

They would need to prove that in court…

I am not sure if any of this will have any real effect - most people likely consume porn on websites based outside of the UK now due to age verification and a good chunk of websites will likely just block the UK rather than deal with any laws related here.

This seems counterproductive if anything.

I don’t know if any of this will pass, I’m not surprised that this is being pushed, but it’s certainly concerning to see it being pushed and I would hope that it’s withdrawn again.

Not yet, next week I think.

The amendment on AI/software/photoshop, etc is poorly worded and clearly written by someone who has no idea what they are writing about.

bsky.app/profile/soot...
I asked ChatGPT because the wording of the actual amendment was hurting my brain and according to ChatGPT (which shouldn’t be taken 100% as fact). This is more likely related to software/models designed to make intimate images of real people - ie an ai model of a specific real person.
November 14, 2025 at 7:19 PM
I can see while it was rejected.

The amendment that demands age/consent verification violates the ECHR - that’s why the law covering intimate images didn’t outlaw the publishing of legal public content such as a nude image of someone protesting - as doing so would violate the ECHR

Which banned specific models designed to make CSAM (ie being trained on CSAM) but left alone models that are general purpose (and presumably cannot generate CSAM anyway).

Thats what I assume so anyway, it’s very poorly worded.

Something like photoshop or even an AI model designed to make porn would not be illegal unless it was specifically designed to make images of real identifiable people.

It seems to be emulating same sort of law passed last year/early this year in relation to AI and CSAM.

I wish I could fight this but I have no idea how to stop this at this point.

I will send you an email later tonight however or tomorrow detailing how the extreme porn law and age verification is already being used to target and extort women. I have your email, I will be in touch.
November 12, 2025 at 8:49 PM
This means that anybody uploading something to Twitter or Reddit would be a criminal - essentially a defacto ban on adult content and that AI content (even when legal and consensual) would be illegal in the UK…
November 12, 2025 at 7:25 PM
I agree, it doesn’t look like they charged him with any sex crime (ie intimate image abuse) but I will be asking for further clarification.

I would say that this is protected under the ECHR, atleast the posting of the nude clips.

Aren’t the bonds technically different people? I thought it was a number and fake name, so when one dies (ie gets poisoned by a poisonous snake in a train in the Soviet Union or bond like something) they could just get another spy to replace him?
November 11, 2025 at 7:40 PM
I’m not surprised by this, I always thought Russia already had some kind of age verification system, what is ironic however is that most Russians already bypass “Russian“ internet anyway - most use VPNs or Tor since the state is already very heavy handed.
November 6, 2025 at 9:26 PM
This 100%, I’ve seen videos on porn sites (very briefly, taken down within minute) of men having their foreskin cut open as part of a extreme BDSM video.
November 6, 2025 at 7:59 PM
A lot of the websites listed will probably be gone in a few years or change domain, especially ones that have no email address (and aren’t likely based in the country they claim they are).
November 3, 2025 at 11:23 PM
Why would someone do this naked?

Unless you have the heating on, I suppose, or live in a place that has banned clothing.
October 24, 2025 at 10:40 PM
I warned about this at the start of the year.

Various conservative and far right groups are going to try this, both though things like this, moral panics (Chat GPT didn't push anybody to suicide anymore than rock music did) and laws/policy.

If they can’t buy it, they will bully their way.
October 24, 2025 at 10:21 PM
Yes.

Because age verification puts children and teens at direct risk of horrific crimes.

There is no denying that age verification negatively affects minors safety and security online, it’s essentially one big spy camera.

Unless you support teenagers having their videos sold on telegram?
