I could only watch in slow motion as my arms automatically extended towards the screen-tab, grabbing on its side, before I consciously let it go and crashed in a laugh that was a mix of surprise, worry, frustration and funny.

That genuinely felt like being possessed by the entity of my own ADHD

Then, as I tried to draw the line without rotating, to my ABSOLUTE HORROR, my brain and body, completely subconsciously and in synchrony, tried to PICK UP the heavy screen-tab and PHYSICALLY ROTATE IT to make the line.
