no I read it fine, I just think when kirsti said 'zero T' above she was referring to the reported rule that there was a blanket ban on trans athletes competing. it's confusing wording yes but clarified here somewhat

I don't because she competed in a sport with zero trans policy. When we compete we have to meet the policy before we compete.

in this case blockers are irrelevant, since the policy is no trans women at all. which is a shitty policy but the route to fair inclusion in sport is not lying about eligibility requirements to enter competitions anyway

zero T here means no trans ppl at all afaik
other sports that allow trans women (fewer all the time) normally have policies requiring evidence of testosterone in typical female range for >1yr to ensure fairness. those policies don't generally apply to cis people which is arguably unfair?
