Hey can I please ask what someone running a hobby project can do to make the lack of money less like unpaid labour ?

I'm a Video Game dev thats been trying to bring together inexperienced people for a project. Only been contacting people who explicitly said they were open for free projects.

Would you recommend looking at soundclouds or artstations or whatever online creative platform if I'm trying to build a team of complete newbies (mainly students/new grads) ?

I've so far just been searching around on socials and discord.

There are so many senior positions open I'm seeing but next to none for interns and hardly any juniors.

I think resetting to the beginning is probably off-putting for some players - maybe consider limiting it to each stage.

Also it could potentially have more experimentation so it stands out more but all in all great job !
