Those mostly look to be French Alsace which are usually pretty dry (not sweet). The Sit Stay Society looks to be a blend with Riesling so it should be sweet. It's harder to find a German Gewurtz, but their Rieslings would also be sweet.

German wines in general are all pretty sweeter. Their classification system gauges their wines by its sweetness. That’s how important it is. So the Gewurtztraminer i mentioned would be that but generally German Rieslings are more available.

You pretty much went in my preferred order, though it depends on what of each. If it's Red: a Barolo, So Cal Syrah, Rhone, Ningxia Cab, or Rioja is preferred. However, certain whites could beat them if it was a German Gewurztraminer or Rhone white. Bubblies tend to give me headaches so not often.
