the IMATA conference is off to such an amazing start! I missed Chicago with my whole heart and absolutely adore being back- especially to Brookfield zoo!! I present on my beluga bioacoustics research on Wednesday 😊

I also foster bottle baby kittens regularly! little Junimo is one of those fosters, she just kinda never left 😅😂

realized i never introduced my little family here on bluesky! while being a full time grad student and researcher im also a mom to four amazing critters. Fern (swedish vallhund), Junimo (calico), Augie (american eski mix), and our newest addition Fable (cali kingsnake)

prepping for my next conference, first pub, thesis, and summer field work is incredibly stressful but so gosh dang exciting. i love what I do
